Nyx
Moving back and forth, doors shutting and opening, separating walls, walls closing in… Mirrors, walls, boxes, reflections, horses, angels – we become lost in this territory of illusion.
Nyx is a place where imperfection becomes the balance, strange becomes beautiful and where we are transported to a dreamlike yet carnal dimension. Dense and ethereal, surprising and contemplating, where mutation and cyclic alternate. Nyx unveils intimate intervals through enigmas that enclose abstraction and reality under the same sign.
The piece osmoses with the iconography of the Artists who founded their works on the beauty and depth of the nocturnal space. We evoke De Chirico, Ernst and certain works of Buñuel…
